When you buy from Rugs Direct and decide for any reason you don't want to keep your rug, we'll take it back – no questions asked. The return must be made within 30 days of purchase and you are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note: area rug samples are not returnable but we will credit the purchase price toward a 5x7 or larger rug purchased from the same collection as the sample.
